We will also be feature guest distiller, Joy Merrilees, and her local sourced High Chaparral Gin in a pre-dinner craft cocktail or on the rocks. Additionally, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available during dinner. Vegetarian option available on request.

In addition to featuring the gin, it will “pop up” in another dish on the menu….as well as the seasonal CA artichoke as another star of this Chef Driven culinary experience….
